been a while

so... it's been a while... a long while actually.
however i'm going to attempt to get back into blogging, however its gonna be a bit different this time, i think. and i think that will be a good thing.
anywho... here's a small update/basic intro into my life...
I'm 19, i moved around a bit as a kid, but spent a good portion of time in little ol' Frontier Sk, small town(around 300 ppl) and thats where I graduated high school. I hated it for the most part(at least to start with) but learned to love it(or at least some parts of it) after high school I went for a year of bible college at Bethany College, in Hepburn, Sk. an amazing, interesting, stressful, and stretching year. but it was good.
planed on going there for 4 years, but I guess God had other plans, and i quit after one. worked at camp in the summer, then went back to Frontier and I worked at a grain elevator for a total of about 6 months, before I moved to Regina(where I currently live) and began an internship with Soul's harbour Rescue Mission. so from now on it will be updates of my life at the mission, what i'm doing and what God's been teaching me.
and I can tell you already that SO much has happened in the two and a half months that I've been here. probably wont get time to catch up on it all. and on Monday i start classes, taking some classes via corrospondance which will give me a "Certificate of Urban Ministry".... i guess we shall see where that will take me, but for now, I'm here. and i think that this is where God wants me for the time being. however i think a small part of me is a planner and a dreamer, and i already have a few possibly ideas for the future... but God's plans are better, so we shall wait and see.
