Well we had our christmas early this year. which was exciting. today we drove up to Swift, had lunch at tim hortons. yeah tim hortons! lol. then me and daniel wondered the mall for about 2 hours while mom and dad had some banking stuff to do.. fun fun. then we went to my sisters house and opened christmas presents which was good. there was one gift. a triangle.. which, i must say looks suspiciously like a gaint toblorone bar... seriously. its christmas time, triangle box... what else could it be. so we(by we i mean myself, dad, daniel and lawrence.. mom and tasha knew better... why is it that in this family its always mom and tasha, and then me and all the guys... anywho....) so it turns out the the 'tobolerone box' was for me... yeah me...
now i must say this was a very misleading gift. and we were slightly dissapointed. now don't get me wrong i do appreciate it... i guess.. its just that a gianormous chocolate bar would have been slightly more exciting then this. and of course this is the very first gift that i open. the very first gift that is opened at all... and what do you think was contained in the misleading 'toblerone box' present..... wait for it... wait for it... its is very exciting... i must admit that when i opened this present i felt..... very old.... and not really in a good way... but i must admit that this is something that will come in handy..... in about 4 or 5 years from now..... i bet your wondering what my brillent xmas present is....
well i think that should be good for now...
umm yeah the rest of my presents were really good... now not that im saying the other one wasn't... i just... i dunno...
so i got prince caspian on DVD. and we just finished watching it. it was good. so sometime we should have a movie night, and watch Narnia movies. i love Narnia. and i got a really really big pillow. i like it. and a suitcase and a blanket...do you think my parents are trying to suggest that i leave or something.... Daniel seemed to think so.... and a watch. which is good cuz i needed one.... and yes... i supose you are all still wondering what was contained inside of my 'toblerone box' or you have forgotten all about it and couldn't care less... well inside was a.......
.............. wait for it.......
...........wait for it........
A 52 piece Hampton Forge Hostess Set...( which is basically a fancy way of saying..... Cutlery!!!!!!!)
It contains 5 place settings (fork, spoon, knife... the fork and the spoon come in two sizes.. i supose that i am supposed to know that..and what they are used for... but whatever.)
8 steak knifes..... yes... i'm not sure what i can say about that...
and a 5 piece hostess set... which includes a table spoon. a sugar spoon(which i must admit is rather pretty and if my favorite item in the intire set) a cold meat fork, a butter knife, and a pierced spoon.
wow i feel so old. and i must admit those where the first words out of my mouth when i opened the gift... which kinda made me feel bad.... but its true... but the sugar spoon is very nice.. and i will probably use that one a lot... lol.
oh and then i got a bit of an unexpected gift from my grandpa.. i guess he split up all his money and gave it to his kids and an early inheratance( he is hoping, and planning on dying soon. but of course he has been for about... two years now, and he's still here...) but anyway dad decided to split the money up between us kids, which was really exciting.
so yeah that was my christmas... and tomorrow, at about.. 8 in the mornign we are driving to Alberta, to a city 20 minutes past Red Deer... i don't have the faintest clue how to spell it so that's the next easiest way to describe it. we are going to my grandparents(the ones that actually enjoy living) Yeah! so yeah. im excited get to see a bunch of family members that i havent seen in forever.. should be good...
